Ah well here's the thing about college. You pay to spend years hopping through frustrating hoops. Of course you're learning too, but a lot of college is just about teaching you how to do what other people want you to do... This is valuable and this will make you a good employee. In the workforce, the better you are at making other people happy with your labor, the more you'll be able to accomplish. I think the way that college teaches young people to be diligent and endure through frustrating trials is the best training you can get as an employee.
