Last night at the San Diego Asian Film Festival, I did not expect to encounter a lovely short movie about Mexico City. If you know me, you know I has a weak spot for all things Hispanic, so this one really won my heart from the first scene.

San Diego Film Festival

Went to my first Film Festival last night. Interesting experience. The film, A Little Help, starring Jenna Fischer was pretty "meh," but I think next year I might buy the pass to watch more of the films. Nothing like being a little pretentious, right? This is SoCal after all.

Oh, and in my three years of living here, I've only experienced two thunderstorms. One of them was yesterday. It was pretty sweet.
